For samples delivered to Europe, we offer free delivery. Due to transport delays and staff shortages at our logistics partners, we are experiencing delays in the delivery of orders. Most orders are delivered in 2-3 days, but some are taking longer than that. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Paint, wallpaper and other products
Please note: Paint and wallpaper orders are delivered in 3-4 working days.
Orders to Germany and the Netherlands will be delivered 1-2 business days after ordering.
Orders to the rest of Europe will be delivered 2-4 business days after ordering.
All orders to Europe are subject to a shipping fee of €6.50. Orders over €100 will receive free shipping.
Delays: If products are currently out of stock or experiencing delays to despatch for any other reason then this will be displayed on the site above the "add to cart" button and in the cart.
You can edit your order to change your delivery address, as well as cancelling it, up to 15 minutes after it has been submitted. Because we start fulfilling orders as soon as possible, your order cannot be edited after 15 minutes. Please contact email@example.com for any edits to your order.
If you would like to cancel your order you can do so within 14 days. If your order has already been posted, then in order to receive a refund please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our customer support team will guide you through the next steps and help process your cancellation.
If your goods have already been dispatched then they will need to be returned before we can process your refund. Delivery fees will be fully refunded and your return is free; simply drop off at your local post office.
Any cancelled items will need to be returned unopened in their original packaging for us to be able to accept them (we’ve got to be careful with returned goods, because if dust or other nasty bits get into the paint we can’t use it again, and we also need to keep our wallpaper pristine).
There’s damage to, or another problem with, your order
We’re sorry that your order isn’t up to our high standards. If there is any damage to your goods then we will replace them at no extra charge.
