Shipping & returns

Samples

For samples delivered to a mainland UK postal address we offer free delivery. Due to transport delays and staff shortages at our logistics partners, we are experiencing delays in the delivery of orders. Most orders are delivered in 2-3 days, but some are taking longer than that. Deliveries to a UK non-mainland address can take 3-5 working days longer to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Paint, wallpaper and other products

Please note: Paint and wallpaper orders are delivered in 6-8 working days.

All orders to addresses on the UK Mainland (ex. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly and Shetland Isles) are subject to a shipping fee of £5.00. Orders over £50.00 will receive free shipping.

Orders to UK non-mainland addresses (inc. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly and Shetland Isles) are subject to a shipping fee of £20.00. Orders over £150.00 will receive free shipping. Deliveries to a UK non-mainland address can take 3-5 working days longer to arrive.

Delays: If products are currently out of stock or experiencing delays to despatch for any other reason then this will be displayed on the site above the "add to cart" button and in the cart.

Lick pro

For Lick Pro orders placed before 11am, we will dispatch all paint & decorating supplies that day via DPD, for next-day delivery. 

Samples and wallpaper will be sent and delivered separately from paint & decorating supplies.

Please note that for Lick Pro orders we are unable to accept returns or cancellations as items are made to order.

Cancellations

You can edit your order to change your delivery address, as well as cancelling it, up to 15 minutes after it has been submitted. Because we start fulfilling orders as soon as possible, your order cannot be edited after 15 minutes. Please contact hello@lickhome.com for any edits to your order.

If you would like to cancel your order you can do so within 14 days. If your order has already been posted, then in order to receive a refund please contact hello@lickhome.com and a member of our customer support team will guide you through the next steps and help process your cancellation.

This policy does not apply to Lick Pro orders.

If your goods have already been dispatched then they will need to be returned before we can process your refund. Delivery fees will be fully refunded and your return is free; simply drop off at your local post office.

Any cancelled items will need to be returned unopened in their original packaging for us to be able to accept them (we’ve got to be careful with returned goods, because if dust or other nasty bits get into the paint we can’t use it again, and we also need to keep our wallpaper pristine).
