For samples delivered to a mainland USA postal address we offer USPS Priority 2 Day Mail at a cost of $5 per order. Most orders are delivered in 2-7 days, but some are taking longer than that. Deliveries to a US non-mainland address can take 3-5 working days longer to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Paint, wallpaper and other products
Please note: Paint and wallpaper orders are delivered in 2-7 working days days using FedEx Ground Service. For non mainland USA orders it may take an additional 3 - 5 working days.
Delays: If products are currently out of stock or experiencing delays to despatch for any other reason then this will be displayed on the site above the "add to cart" button and in the cart.
You can edit your order to change your delivery address, as well as cancelling it, up to 15 minutes after it has been submitted. Because we start fulfilling orders as soon as possible, your order cannot be edited after 15 minutes. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any edits to your order.
If you need to cancel you order after this time period, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will try and help. We may be unable to cancel the order if it has been dispatched.
If your goods have already been dispatched then they will need to be returned before we can process your refund.
Your returned products will be refunded and you will be charged a restocking fee of $15.
Any cancelled items will need to be returned unopened in their original packaging for us to be able to accept them (we’ve got to be careful with returned goods, because if dust or other nasty bits get into the paint we can’t use it again, and we also need to keep our wallpaper pristine).
There’s damage to, or another problem with, your order
We’re sorry that your order isn’t up to our high standards. If there is any damage to your goods then we will replace them at no extra charge.
